Yes, we’re delighted to provide a return policy for unopened hair extensions within thirty (30) days of receiving your order. While our return rates are typically low due to the quality of our products, we recognize that situations may arise where a return or exchange is necessary. Rest assured, we’re more than willing to facilitate returns and exchanges for hair extensions that remain unopened, unworn, and undamaged.

To initiate a return, please contact us via WhatsApp or email. If your return is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label (additional cost) and instructions on where to send your package. Please note that returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted. While you may use your own shipping label, we recommend using a tracking service, as we cannot be held responsible for lost packages.
