  • Processing Time

For in-stock products, orders can be shipped the same day. For non-stock products, such as custom orders, please allow 5-20 days for preparation. We ship Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays, using FedEx or DHL. Once your order has been shipped, we will provide you with the tracking number via WhatsApp or email.

Please note that we cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by carriers, such as weather conditions, airport delays, customs delays, or carrier delays. We encourage all customers to carefully verify their shipping address when making payment to avoid any errors. Your package may require a signature upon delivery or may be left at your mailbox or front door. However, the decision to leave the package in an open area is at the discretion of the courier. If they deem it unsafe, they may leave the package at the local post office or arrange for redelivery. Our best advice is to provide a shipping address where you or someone else can accept the package, such as a work address or a friend’s address.

  • Address Correction and Return Policy

Ensuring the accuracy of the shipping address is the responsibility of the buyer. While we strive to expedite processing and shipping, there is a limited window for canceling or amending orders, including address changes. If you need to cancel or modify your order’s shipping address, please contact us immediately. We will endeavor to accommodate your request, but please note that time constraints may limit our ability to do so.

If your order cannot be canceled or the address changed in time, you may return the package to us upon receipt. We advise waiting to see if the package is returned to our warehouse. In such cases, we can resend it to the correct address or provide a full refund.

  • Package Delivered but Not Received

All shipments come with tracking and delivery confirmation. If the tracking indicates that your order has been delivered but you haven’t received it, please refer to this guide for assistance in locating your package. Additionally, contact the courier service using the provided numbers to initiate an investigation into the matter.

We cannot be responsible for packages marked as delivered by the courier. If you’ve encountered issues with lost or stolen packages in the past, we recommend having your orders delivered to a work address for added security and peace of mind.
