Please share your product type, hair type, color, length, texture, construction or base requirement, expected quantity, target market and timing. For wigs, include cap construction and density; for hair extensions, include the required ratio instead of density.

What is the minimum order quantity for each product family?

Accepted Answer

Most hair extension types start from 100 g per color and length combination. Invisible Tape-In MOQ: Per color and length: 200 g for solid and piano colors; 300 g for rooted colors. Wigs, women’s hair toppers and men’s hair systems start at 1 piece per color and length combination.

Yes. All product families can be discussed in Virgin Hair or Remy Hair with custom colors and samples. Product specifications and private-label packaging are reviewed around the product family and your brief before production is confirmed.

What are the ready-stock and custom-order lead times?

Accepted Answer

Ready-stock items dispatch in 1–2 days after ordering. Lead times are counted from the order date. Custom hair extensions typically dispatch in 5–13 working days. HD Lace Top wigs typically take 12–40 working days, while Invisible Hairline wigs typically take 40 working days. Men’s hair systems and women’s hair toppers typically take 3–4 weeks. Dispatch time does not include transit.

For custom and OEM orders, we pay particular attention to consistency so our B2B clients can maintain stable quality across repeat orders.
